Do place your placers where you want to move < right click on any placer item >
1. Selected your any components(face, cv, vertex, edge, etc..)
2. right click on the placer what you want to place.
3. click the menu “Place to selected“

This is a common mistake, I made above situation.
Don’t left click to go to your placers before snapping
You don’t need to the left click, just right click on your placers.
Left click is for the selection placers.

L to R
ex > Right click on the LArm(source) → MirrorR to L
ex > Right click on the RArm(source) → Mirror
It will mirror placers and ctrls shapes as well
