Ctrls
Creating any ctrl types as modular.
And you can add joints under your ctrls or make direct connection to your ctrls as well
Select
ToolMan provides a selection function so that You have a glance the structure.
Under ctrls
Joints will be created under your CTRL
Direct connection
Joints will be connected as directly so that you drive your BlendShape targets, it is handy function for your any BS.
You can use the Select option to get joints easily from both of [Under ctrls, Direct connection]
Snap to selected
This function will help you to place CTRLs on any geo shapes.
Tangent and normal vector would be set as auto.
All axis and CTRL size would set based on your selection and geo shapes(normal, tangent),
no need to match to geo shapes. BUT!
You could rotate what you would like to set specific axis, no problem in that case too!

Mirror
It is possible to mirror from any axis to the opposite side. Please refer below details
